Below is a list of downloads that will assist Art & Science Fund grant recipients. Grant Recipients must acknowledge the Flagstaff Arts Council and the City of Flagstaff / BBB Revenues in their promotional materials by using the provided logos below where possible.
In all print/web materials, grant recipients MUST recognize both City of Flagstaff/BBB Revenues and Flagstaff Arts Council by using logos as instructed (preferred) or by using text as instructed. See the Documents section below “Logo Use and Credit Instructions Document” for specific details.
Additionally, grant recipients MUST place the Flagstaff365.com logo that links to http://flagstaff365.com on their website in a clearly visible location. It is preferable to place this logo near your website’s schedule of events, if appropriate.

ATTENDANCE REQUIRED during either Tuesday, May 21, 2019, 5:00-8:30pm, or Tuesday, May 28, 2019, 5:00-8:30pm. Attendance by a representative of your organization at your scheduled presentation is REQUIRED; failure to attend will result in the AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION of your grant application.
Each eligible grant applicant will give a four (4) minute presentation to the Art & Science Fund Committee, followed by a four (4) minute period for questions and answers. An Arts Council staff member will contact you by email to schedule your presentation time during the dates/times listed. No appointments are available; applicants agree to be available for both May 21 and 28 by submitting an application.
