Below is a list of downloads that will assist Art & Science Fund grant recipients. Grant Recipients must acknowledge the Flagstaff Arts Council and the City of Flagstaff / BBB Revenues in their promotional materials by using the provided logos below where possible.

In all print/web materials, grant recipients MUST recognize both City of Flagstaff/BBB Revenues and Flagstaff Arts Council by using logos as instructed (preferred) or by using text as instructed. See the Documents section below “Logo Use and Credit Instructions Document” for specific details.

Additionally, grant recipients MUST place the Flagstaff365.com logo that links to http://flagstaff365.com on their website in a clearly visible location. It is preferable to place this logo near your website’s schedule of events, if appropriate.

The application for the FY22 General Operating Support grant opportunity has closed.  If you are interested in applying for FY23, please check back with us in February 2022.

The General Operating Support (GOS) grant opportunity for the funding period beginning July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2022 will be open for applications no later than February 4, 2021.  The deadline for this grant application is March 31, 2021 11:30 pm.

Interviews: Attendance by a representative of your organization at your scheduled Interview is REQUIRED; failure to attend will result in the AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION of your grant application.

Each eligible grant applicant will give a four (4) minute presentation to the Art & Science Fund Committee, followed by a four (4) minute period for questions and answers. An Arts Council staff member will contact you by email to schedule your interview time during the dates/times listed. Applicants agree to be available for both May 12 and 13 by submitting an application.

The Innovation & Capacity Project Grant opportunity for the funding period beginning January 1, 2022, and ending December 31, 2022 will be open for applications no later than August 2, 2021. the deadline for this grant application is August 31, 2021 11:30 pm.
