Jenean will help you define your workplace culture and keep your environment positive, productive, and profitable. Gain a holistic approach to solving problems and honing in on the skills needed as a professional to ensure sustained success.

In this half day workshop we will dive into what it takes to build powerful financial connections for fundraising and gaining sponsorships.

We’ll discuss topics such as:

Speaking of Data and Building Blocks for Financial Health

In this extended workshop, participants will take a deep-dive into their own organization’s data and practice learning from and using that data as part of their work. The workshop will also explore and practice using two elements of financial health: financial metrics, and financial projections. This intensive session is ideal for decision-making staff and board members interested in learning how to read their SMU DataArts Analytic Reports, learn more about financial metrics and projection, and practice using them in conversations with various stakeholders and audiences.

This workshop is produced in partnership with the Arizona Commission on the Arts and the Flagstaff Arts Council.

This workshop is FREE to attend, please us the button below to register.
