Our partners at Freeman Law and Nature Exposed Photography have worked with the Arts Council again this year on the development of the Youth Lens High School Photography Contest and Exhibition. Over 200 students from local high schools submitted photographs for the program, and 32 photographs were accepted in the highly competitive exhibition.

The exhibition opens for the first time during First Friday ArtWalk on May 6 at Freeman Law’s offices in downtown Flagstaff at 19 W. Birch Avenue. The public is invited to view the exhibition at this reception, from 6-9pm. Refreshments will be served.

Students selected to have photographs in this year’s exhibition are: Amy Palmer, Alexander Manygoats Jr., Hannah Harvey, Kristi Jordan, Dadric Riggs, John Stilley, Kye Davis, Joacquin Soto, Ben Shanahan, Hannah Doskicz, Morgan Hodges, Connor McFerson, Connor Veschio, Nathan Pond, Elsa Jacobson, Veleska Fleuchaus, Corey Blubaum, Josiah Hall, Erin Burdiss, Aryn Begay, Bryce Patten, Colton Kelly, Aaron Delgado, Wyatt Wilson, Nick Cowan, Bryan LeFebvre, Brienna Wells, Sabrina Priem, Brittany Eekhoff, Shelby Dent, and Tevin Todacheenie.
