Laurie Lewis is a singer, songwriter, fiddler, producer, and educator. Her love of traditional music and her usage of styles passed down from her musical heroes guided her to create a sound of her own. Paving the way for young woman, she has gained a tremendous amount of respect from her peers in the industry and has been voted IBMA’s Female Vocalist of the Year twice.
Her passion for music goes far beyond the recording studio. Laurie travels across the country teaching at workshops and helping emerging artists find their voice. She has taught at Telluride Bluegrass Academy, RockyGrass Academy, Augusta Heritage Workshops, Bluegrass at the Beach, and more.
