The EastSide Show is a monthly event hosted at White Dove Coffee to bring art and music to the east side of Flagstaff and its residents. The EastSide Show showcases multiple forms of local art, as well as providing space for vendors each month in one convenient location. It has been a great opportunity for the community to come and enjoy local music, art, and support local small businesses as well as for local musicians and other artists to get stage time in front of an appreciative audience. Bonnie is dedicated to including students from the Flagstaff School of Music in the line-ups. Having performance ready students is a big part of the School’s philosophy.
In Flagstaff, Bonnie gives back to multiple non profit and community organizations. She has displayed true commitment to arts programming in Flagstaff. Bonnie has recently been an active volunteer with the Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy. She created email newsletters and assisted on committees. She also served on the Board of Directors for Flagstaff Friends of Traditional Music (FFOTM), Orchestra Northern Arizona (ONA), and Northern Arizona Blues Alliance (NAZBA). “She loves promoting community – especially music and community! If you are a musician & need to get hooked up, ask Bonnie, she probably has a connection, or an idea.”
