Please join us for an open house discussion about what could be included in a potential new arts center in Flagstaff. All residents of the greater Flagstaff area and Coconino County are invited to participate, and may attend the full session or just a portion of the discussion.

There will be two identical open house sessions held at the Coconino Center for the Arts for which the public may attend:

  • Tuesday, April 24, 5:00-6:30pm
  • Wednesday, April 25, 10:00-11:30am

The Coconino Center for the Arts is located at 2300 N Fort Valley Rd in Flagstaff

ArtsMarket, the consulting firm out of Bozeman, Montana, is conducting a feasibility study for the Flagstaff Arts Council. Since August of last year, they have met with community leaders and members, conducted surveys, researched demographics, and listened to arts leaders. At this open house discussion Louise Stevens from ArtsMarket will present an overview of the needs of the arts groups in Flagstaff and the priorities voiced by members of the community.

Participants will then move to three different discussion zones in the room to share ideas and input about a potential center. Input from community members in these two sessions will be crucial to the development of the final feasibility study report and plan.
