The Flagstaff Art & Science Forum is a gathering of professionals, Board members, artists, promoters, and educators working in the arts, culture, and/or sciences field in the greater Flagstaff area. It’s mini-conference for Flagstaff’s arts and sciences.
The Flagstaff Arts Council will host the Flagstaff Art & Science Forum on Monday, October 2, 2017. The program will be held at the Coconino Center for the Arts from 1-5pm.
How do we work together to build the cultural sector in Flagstaff? What needs should be prioritized? What opportunities exist that we can capitalize on? What are the biggest obstacles to success?
The purpose of the Forum is to bring the community together to discuss and address shared interests and issues that we all face in doing our work in this community. The half-day session will include a moderated roundtable discussion with all participants, an update on the work towards the development of new cultural facilities, and break-out sessions on marketing and collaboration in the field.
