merveilles_collage_6_category_categoryMerveilles Gathering – The 2nd annual African Arts Gathering features five days of drum, dance, and song instruction by master drummers and dancers from DR Congo, Guinea, Ghana, Zimbabwe. Participants will experience a fully immersive gathering, with access to traditional African foods, art, and clothing, complete with daily cultural dialogue exchange classes, essentially living in an African village setting.

Cinder Mountain Hare Scrambles – Two days of racing on a 10-12 mile loop near Flagstaff! Races will feature Bikes, Quads, UTVS, Trucks and Buggies. There will also have smaller courses for Minis and PeeWees.

starparty_categoryFlagstaff Star Party – This amazing event showcases Flagstaff’s world–renowned dark starry skies. Up to 30 telescopes hosted by amateur and professional astronomers from the Flagstaff area will be available for visitors to view the many wonders of the night sky, with popular-level astronomy talks and guided tours of Flagstaff’s wonderful sunsets and night skies.

Shakespeare Festival – The Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival joins us for our second year together for two special events! Join us as our gardens become fairyland with A Midsummer Night’s Dream in July, and then an exclusive performance of Romeo and Juliet in a special arrangement for eight actors, performed previously only at The Globe in London in October!
