The Flagstaff Arts Council is pleased to present Exploring Watercolor, a workshop taught by accomplished artist and educator C. Tanner Jensen (pictured). The workshop is open to anyone, even those who have no experience painting.
Participants will be led through a series of watercolor exercises that are understandable and build on each other, providing an understanding of the media and how to control it. Color mixing, techniques to create texture, and glazing are topic that will be demonstrated and explored. All materials are included.
The workshop will take place at the Coconino Center for the Arts on Saturday, October 24, 2015, from 10am to 4pm. There will be a break for lunch.
